California's own Dr. Tsay brings a wealth of experience from a long career in medicine. He has spent time in the General Surgery department at U.C. Davis Medical Center, and also specialized in Family Medicine before founding Amity Health. 

His mission with Amity Health is to simplify and enhance healthcare for everyone, driven by his desire to overcome the challenges of a complex healthcare system.

  • No, Amity Health does not accept health insurance at either our Costa Mesa or Orange clinics. This doesn’t mean you should cancel your policy, however. You'll still need health insurance for catastrophic events, major expenses like surgeries, hospitalizations, brand-name medications, and some expensive lab tests.

  • Yes, we are happy to see our patients over a voice or video call. However, depending on your medical needs, we may need to see you in person.
